GLOBALIZAÇÃO, RESPONSABILIDADE DE CONSUMO E CULTURA DE HONESTIDADE: UM COMPARATIVO DA QUANTIDADE DE EXECUÇÕES CÍVEIS E MOROSIDADE NO BRASIL E INGLATERRA CONSIDERANDO O ÍNDICE DE PERCEPÇÃO DE CORRUPÇÃO DE 2021

O objetivo geral deste artigo é analisar, através do índice de percepção de corrupção da Transparency International de 2021 se a cultura de honestidade dos países possui relação com a quantidade e a morosidade dos processos de execução cível. A problemática é verificar se há relação entre uma cultura de honestidade e o processo de execução civil mediante a análise do índice do Brasil e da Inglaterra. Logo, tem-se a hipótese em que é possível perceber a relação do índice com a execução cível nos países, vez que o Brasil ocupa o 96º lugar no índice e possui 3.715.669 de execuções que demoram 5 anos e 1 mês para serem julgados, já a Inglaterra está em 11º lugar no ranking e julga em média 1.442.000 casos em 1 ano e 2 meses. Como objetivos específicos buscou-se desenvolver o pensamento acerca dos tempos hipermodernos, globalização e consumismo, analisar os desafios da execução civil no Brasil e a execução na Inglaterra e verificar a relação da cultura de honestidade mediante o índice de corrupção com a quantidade e a morosidade das execuções cíveis, por meio dos dados da quantidade e do tempo que as execuções cíveis levam para serem julgadas, para isso realizou-se uma pesquisa de natureza pura, quanto à abordagem do problema é qualitativa, com influência quantitativa, relacionado aos fins é explicativa, já o método de abordagem é dedutivo fazendo conexões descendentes, concernente ao método de procedimento é comparativo e as pesquisa são bibliográficas e documental.

The general objective of this article is to analyze, through the 2021 Transparency International Corruption Perception Index, whether the culture of honesty in countries is related to the quantity and duration of civil enforcements. The problem is to verify if there is a relationship between a culture of honesty and the civil execution process through the analysis of the index of Brazil and England. Therefore, there is a hypothesis in which it is possible to perceive the relationship between the index and the civil execution in the countries, since Brazil occupies the 96th place in the index and has 3,715,669 executions that take 5 years and 1 month to be judged; England is in 11th place in the ranking and judges an average of 1,442,000 cases in 1 year and 2 months. As specific objectives, it was sought to develop thinking about hypermodern times, globalization and consumerism, to analyze the challenges of civil execution in Brazil and execution in England and verify the relationship between the culture of honesty through the corruption index with the amount and slowness of civil executions, through data on the quantity and time that civil executions take to be judged, for this, a research of a pure nature was carried out, regarding the approach to the problem is qualitative, with quantitative influence, related to the purposes and explanatory , on the other hand, the approach method is deductive, making descending connections, concerning the procedure method, it is comparative and the research is bibliographic and documentary.
